NMW’s focus as your planner/coordinator will be to encourage you to stay calm and enjoy the adventure. When a couple gets engaged the process ahead can be overwhelming to all involved without professional guidance but it doesn't need to be. We take things on one at a time so all can still enjoy their life in the process. I will guide you along the way staying organized for you and focusing on each and every detail until the wedding of your dreams become a reality. My greatest joy is in seeing all on the wedding day and the smiles that come! Our fees are based on the level of service, details, size and travel.
Many couples are busy professionals and don’t have the time to plan their perfect wedding so this has become our most popular package. From the moment you say Yes to the time of your I Do’s we will guide you through the process. We will begin by getting to know you and your vision, map out a budget, finding your dream vendor team and then designing your day managing all of the details and then coordinate the entire wedding weekend.
Coordination services are for the couple who has planned their wedding themselves but want to hand their details off to someone with experience weeks or months from their wedding date. We will take care of all of the details from that point on communicating with your chosen vendors, creating a detailed timeline for all in the wedding party and vendors, coordinate your rehearsal and be present for all set up, tear down and activities in between on your wedding day so that you and your families can enjoy this day of your dreams without the stress of managing logistics and the many details of the day.
VENUE ASSISTANCE AND BUDGET
Often times couples find a venue and then put together their budget which can lead to overspending resulting in having to cut back on other important details. We will prepare a budget based on your total number and assist you in finding a venue that will be your
dream location leaving you the appropriate amounts allocated for the rest of the important details
