From the beginning to the end, your order is handled with care by our staff. We are not just order takers, we care about your event and making sure that you have all the items you need and ensuring items you didn't think about don't get missed.
Once you enter the Columbus showroom, your event worries will be calmed. Our staff has over 20 years of event design, planning and logistics experience and will be able to guide you through the concerns you may have, ensuring all the details of your event are covered.
Once you place your order with us and your event date arrives, our warehouse prepares your order for delivery.
We own and care for all of our products. We have a laundry department that spends hours and hours a day washing, pressing, and hanging thousands of linens each day. Our staff is dedicated to making sure your rentals are perfect for your event.
Once your delivery date arrives, our dedicated and friendly delivery drivers load the orders onto the trucks and make their rounds for the day. From tables and chairs to linens and décor, Our drivers take the time to check your order and ensure all arrived properly at the location desired.
Your linens and chair covers come freshly laundered, pressed, bagged, and hanging on our pink laundry carts until you are ready to use them. Our chiavari chairs come stacked on wheeled cart with the cushion pre-tied on them for easy use and movability. Our delivery staff, simply delivers, however we do offer set-up and break-down services for an additional fee.
Once your event is complete, place your used linens and chair covers into the laundry bags, restack the chairs, return the china to its designated containers and leave them for our deliver drivers to return and pick up.
