Whether on site or off premise, plated event or buffet, our electric hot box carts are designed to handle your most challenging events. The electric hot box can adapt to any type of event: covered plates, covered or uncovered plate carriers, trays for banquet service and additional shelves for full-size and half-size hotel pans.
- Capacity – 192 plates (10-inches in diameter) with covers. Other pan and plate capacities depend on optional rack use.
- Temperature Control – An adjustable, electronic thermostat with digital display monitors the inside temperature to ensure food is being held at safe and precise temperatures.
- Temperature held in transport – Superior insulation ensures the cavity will only lose 2ºF for every 45 minutes it is held without power, provided the door remains closed.
