Pick Up & Return Details
Customer Pick Up and Drop Off are offered from our Lewis Center location and accessible 24 hours a day during your pick up and drop off period.
Pick up is one day before your event date. On occasion items are ready sooner, but cannot be guaranteed or assured due to a number of factors.
During peak season some orders may be delayed due to the time required to process linens between events. Highly requested colors may slow production times and can delay the timing of items for pick up. All items will be available 1 day prior, however the time at which they will be available cannot be determined until that week.
One day prior to your expected pick up date you will receive a text with complete instructions and the lock box code for 24 hour access.
An additional text will come once your order has physically arrived and been checked in. Once that text is received your order is available for pick up. During peak season this can be late at night due to the volume of orders being checked in.
Pick up and return can be made by anyone you designate. Please ensure that all persons picking up and dropping off follow the instructions posted inside the building as they enter. It is your responsibility to ensure the instructions are followed and items are picked up and returned properly to avoid additional stacking fees.
Upon pick up and return, please take photos of your items. It is important that everything returned is put in the same location and manner as it was picked up.
Weekend rentals must be returned on or before Monday night. Delayed returns cause issues for the following week's rentals and will be charged for late return.
