General Info


Generally, rates are quoted for a one-day, single-use event. We strive to allow Will Call order pick up 1 day before the event and delivered orders one to two days prior to the event date, but cannot guarantee availability.  We understand the need for set up, but cannot promise items will be ready or available early.


If you require a different rental period or accommodation, please contact us for rate information. All charges are for time out use whether used or not. Prices and policies are subject to change.


We do not offer refunds for unused items.  Unfortunately, once our equipment leaves the warehouse, we are not able to rent the items to other customers. 



We offer set up and tear down service for certain items.  If you need us to set up your tables and chairs, our delivery drivers can assist for an additional fee.  This service must be contracted at the time the order is made.  A diagram must be emailed 24 hours prior to delivery.  The tables and chairs must be able to be set at the time of delivery and torn down at the time of pick up.

We can set up standard pipe and drape for an additional cost at the time of delivery.

We do not offer set up or tear down of linens or decor items.  Chair cover set up is available with certain requirements.  Please inquire about your specific needs.


Quotes and reservations are sent with a itemized list of items and list of applicable charges such as delivery, fuel, EPA, etc.  The second page of the contract summarizes the totals from the first page and breaks them down into categories.  The totals on the second page will change if edits are made to your order.  Below is an explanation of each line total.
